How do I cancel?
Cancelling is one button in your account, or an email; billing stops that moment, never a call. It is the same on every tier, including Partner. There is no notice window, no retention conversation, and nothing to cancel by phone.
What happens to my profile after I cancel?
Nothing disappears. The profile is yours and always was, and the team works inside it by a manager-role invitation you control. Everything already published stays published; we stop adding to it. Remove our access whenever you want, before or after cancelling.
What does the charge look like on my statement?
The billing descriptor is shown to you at checkout, before you pay, and it is the name of the company that operates Maps Agent rather than the words Maps Agent. It also prints on the invoice. You will never meet that name for the first time on a bank statement.
Why does Partner have a call when the other tiers do not?
On Partner you are hiring people, and you should meet them before you pay them. The price is published either way, so the call is an introduction to the team, never the way to find out the number. It is video, and we do not ask for a phone number to arrange it.
What does the queue mean on AI Team?
We open a limited number of profiles at a time. You send the form, we come back with the plan for your first month and an invoice, and the queue shapes when the work starts rather than whether you can buy. Autopost is the tier without one. We take it on straight away, with no queue.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no contract and no annual option. One monthly price per tier, $39/mo, $99/mo and $149/mo, and that is the whole of it. There are no credits, no add-ons and no per-location charges to discover later.
How do refunds work?
Cancelling stops future billing at the moment you send the email. For a charge that has already been made, write to hello@maps-agent.com: billing is the one thing a person handles on every tier.
