By accessing or using the Maps Agent website (maps-agent.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Maps Agent provides AI-Powered Local Marketing services for Google Maps, including a free Visibility Score tool and a paid monthly subscription service ($149/month).

The Visibility Score and audit results are generated automatically using publicly available data and AI analysis. Scores and rankings are estimates and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results are provided for informational purposes only.

The GBP Optimization service is billed monthly at $149/month. Your subscription automatically renews each month at $149 until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@maps-agent.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service. However, new subscribers are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we will refund every penny — no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at hello@maps-agent.com. This guarantee applies only to the first month of service and is limited to one claim per customer.

Google Business Profile rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithms, competitor actions, and review activity. While we apply industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, review counts, or business outcomes.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Maps Agent or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maps Agent and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maps Agent and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maps Agent regarding your use of Maps Agent services. These terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
