How to cancel
Maps Agent is month-to-month with no contracts. You can cancel at any time.
How to cancel
- Email hello@maps-agent.com with your business name
- Nothing further is charged: there is no notice period, no retention call and no cancellation fee
- The month you have already paid for runs to its end
- Your card is not charged again
What happens when you cancel
- The work stops: no further posts or profile updates are published
- Your profile stays: everything already published on your Google Business Profile remains; the profile was always yours
- Your data is yours: ask and we will send a summary of what was done while you were subscribed
There is no pause
We do not hold a subscription open without billing it, and there is no separate pause mechanism to
ask for. Cancel, and subscribe again when you want the work to resume, at whichever price is
published at that time.
What stopping costs
The profile stops receiving new posts and updates while competitors keep going, so starting again
means rebuilding some ground. That is the honest trade-off, not a reason we can quantify for you.
