Maps Agent is month-to-month with no contracts. You can cancel or pause at any time.
How to cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Email support@maps-agent.com with your business name
- We will confirm cancellation within 1 business day
- Your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period
- No cancellation fees, no questions asked
What happens when you cancel
- Optimizations stop — Maps Agent will no longer publish posts or update your profile
- Your profile stays — All optimizations we made remain on your Google Business Profile
- Your data is yours — We can provide a summary of all optimizations made during your subscription
- You can re-subscribe — Come back anytime at the same $149/mo rate
Pausing your subscription
If you need a temporary break:
- Email support@maps-agent.com requesting a pause
- We will pause your subscription for up to 3 months
- No charges during the pause period
- Your optimization history and data are preserved
- Resume anytime with one email
Downtime impact
If you pause or cancel, be aware that your profile will stop receiving new posts and updates. Over time, this can affect your rankings as competitors continue optimizing. Re-subscribing will require rebuilding some momentum.
