Refund policy

Maps Agent offers a straightforward refund policy.

3-day delivery guarantee

If your first updates aren't delivered within 3 business days, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@maps-agent.com within 3 business days of your first payment if updates have not been delivered
  2. Include your business name and reason for the refund (optional)
  3. We will process the refund within 5 business days
  4. The refund goes back to your original payment method

After the delivery guarantee period

After the 3-day delivery guarantee period:

  • You can cancel anytime (no refund for the current month)
  • Your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial month refunds

Edge cases

  • Duplicate charges: Refunded immediately upon notification
  • Service outage: If Maps Agent fails to deliver monthly optimizations due to a system issue, we will credit the affected month
  • Billing errors: Contact support and we will correct any billing mistakes promptly

Our commitment

We want every customer to see real results. If Maps Agent is not the right fit, we would rather give you a refund than keep an unhappy customer. That said, we recommend giving the service at least 60–90 days to see the full impact of optimizations.
