Cancelling
Cancel by email. Nothing further is charged from that moment: no notice period, no retention call
and no cancellation fee, on any tier. The month already paid for runs to its end, and everything
published on your profile stays there; the profile was always yours.
Refunds
There is no refund window, and we do not publish one. Saying otherwise would be a promise with
nothing behind it, which is the one thing this help centre is not for.
Money is the one thing a person handles here. Write to hello@maps-agent.com about any charge
and we will answer: a duplicate charge or a billing error is ours to correct, and we correct it.
How long until I see results?
Your Visibility Score is re-measured in every monthly report, so you see the profile change as it happens. We do not put a date on Map Pack movement. That is Google's to decide, and anyone who promises you a month is guessing. Cancelling costs nothing beyond the month you are in, so nothing about
that decision is locked while you wait for the answer.
