Understanding your monthly report

Every month, Maps Agent sends you a detailed performance report. Here is how to read it and what each section means.

Report sections

1. Visibility Score summary

The top of your report shows your current Visibility Score alongside the previous month and your starting score. The trend line visualizes your progress.

2. Optimizations completed

This section lists every change Maps Agent made during the month:

  • Google Posts published (with titles and key terms targeted)
  • Product/service updates
  • Description changes
  • Category adjustments
  • Q&A responses

3. Ranking performance

For each target keyword, you will see:

  • Current Map Pack position
  • Change from last month
  • Search volume for that term
  • Top competitor comparison

4. Search insights

Data from your Google Business Profile insights:

  • Total views (Search + Maps)
  • Discovery vs. Direct search split
  • Actions: calls, directions, website clicks
  • Photo views and engagement

5. Recommendations

What Maps Agent plans to focus on next month and why, based on the data.

How to use your report

You do not need to take action on anything in the report — Maps Agent handles the execution. The report is for transparency, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and the results it is driving.
