Your Visibility Score over time
Your Visibility Score is tracked monthly. You will see a trend line showing how your score has changed since you started with Maps Agent.
Key metrics we track
- Visibility Score: Your composite local search visibility rating (0-100)
- Map Pack rankings: Your position for key search terms
- Discovery Search volume: How many people found you through category/service searches
- Direct Search volume: How many people searched for you by name
- Actions taken: Calls, direction requests, and website clicks from your profile
Monthly reports
Every month, you receive a report that includes:
- Score summary: Current score vs. previous month vs. when you started
- Optimizations made: What Maps Agent did this month and why
- Ranking changes: Movement in Map Pack positions for target keywords
- Search performance: Discovery and direct search trends
- Next month's plan: What Maps Agent will focus on next
Setting expectations
Your Visibility Score is re-measured in every monthly report, so you see the profile change as it happens. We do not put a date on Map Pack movement. That is Google's to decide, and anyone who promises you a month is guessing.
What you can count on is the cadence: the work ships every month and the report says what shipped, what moved and what is next.
