What data do we access?
Transparency about data access is important. Here is a complete list of the data Maps Agent accesses and what we do with it.
Data we access (public)
All of this data is publicly available on Google Maps and your Google Business Profile:

Data we do NOT access
- Google account passwords or credentials
- Private analytics dashboards (unless explicitly shared)
- Customer names, emails, or personal data from reviews
- Financial data beyond billing
- Employee information
- Internal business documents
Data retention
- Active accounts: Data is retained while your subscription is active
- Cancelled accounts: Data is deleted within 90 days of cancellation, unless you request immediate deletion
- Free audit users: Audit data is retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted
