Collected info

Collected info is Google's separate review surface for information it collected about a Google Business Profile, where eligible users can see the item's source and collection date and delete that collected item without changing other profile details.

Google distinguishes Collected info from editing a verified Business Profile directly on Google Search or Maps. When the feature is available, the menu path is Edit profile > Collected info. Google says the feature is limited to select regions, languages, and business categories, so the menu may not appear for every user.¹

Google says it may occasionally contact the verified phone number on a profile through an automated call, text, or WhatsApp message to confirm business details. Information supplied in response may be used to update the profile. That context does not mean every business receives a message or that every collected item came from one.¹

Collected info is not the same as a normal owner edit or every Google-applied profile update.
